Inspired by the dark skies of Elqui Valley, where the universe reveals itself with extraordinary clarity.

Deep blacks are interrupted by traces of blue and gold, reflecting the contrast between infinite darkness and distant light. The two panels form a fragmented interpretation of the night sky.

Pigments and stones collected in Elqui Valley are incorporated into the work, bringing a physical fragment of the landscape beneath those skies into the painting itself.
